We have a dedicated workshop for finishing parts for the medical industry. It contains a fully automatic anodizing line in order to meet the challenging quality requirements of our customers, as well as to comply with the regulatory requirements with respect to traceability. This entirely automatic equipment indicates the contents of each tank, the product content, and the stage of the production cycle at any given point in time. Each production lot has its own unique control report on the state of the equipment at the time of processing. This equipment enables us to obtain very high level finishes on orthopaedic screws.
We can provide piece by piece anodizing, partial anodizing and bulk anodizing of the tiniest parts. The integration of this expertise does not preclude maintaining close ties with our partners specialised in this field, with whom we have worked for many years.
